Our famous Sunset Sail is one of the most romantic things to do in all of Philadelphia! Sit back, relax and watch the day melt away as the sun sets between the buildings of Center City. The city lights up and it all reflects off the still evening water. Restrictions
NOTE THE CHANGE: All of our tours, including the Sunset Sails, now operate from the Independence Seaport Museum. The Museum is located at Penn's Landing at 211 South Columbus Boulevard. For more information, please call 215-900-7758.
For the safety of children (and peace of mind of parents!), all children 12 and under are required to wear life jackets at all times aboard the Summer Wind. There is no smoking allowed onboard the boat at any time.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive at the Seaport Museum dock 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure for boarding. It's located behind the museum, in the Penn's Landing basin. The boat does leave on time and no refunds are given for missing the boat.
REFUND POLICY: If we cancel a sail for any reason your trip is rescheduled at no extra charge. If you can't reschedule, we'll refund your tickets. If you cancel, you must give us 48 hours notice so we have a chance to resell your seats. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.
ALCOHOL POLICY: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted and guests are allowed to bring whatever they wish. Drunkenness is a safety hazard for all aboard and is not tolerated. The Captain has the right to refuse entry to the boat for any person suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol and the right to return any such person to the dock while the boat is underway. No refund will be given under such circumstance. The Captain is responsible for the safety of the passengers, crew and boat and his/her decision is final.
